The facility is a state-of-the-art 110,789-square-foot commissary, purpose-built for Erewhon, the luxury grocery chain known for its high-end, innovative offerings. Of this total, 26,932 square feet is dedicated to office space, housing Erewhon’s corporate headquarters, while the rest of the facility serves as the production hub. Designed to craft a wide variety of ready-to-eat and freshly prepared foods, the facility places a strong emphasis on quality and innovation.
Equipped with six 300-gallon steam-jacketed kettles for soups, broths, and stocks, along with a sophisticated line of ovens for stews, soups, and other dishes, the commissary represents the pinnacle of food production technology. Its capabilities extend to producing an array of premium offerings, including sprouted nuts, fresh deli items, fruits, and vegetables. Signature creations like buffalo cauliflower, cauliflower rice, organic cranberry sauce, and a wide selection of pizzas are just the beginning.
